These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment, payment, and participation in classes offered by North Jersey Language Academy. By registering for classes, submitting payment, or attending any class, you agree to these Terms.

1. Registration & Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

Submission of a registration form and payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

The School reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion.

2. Payments & Fees

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required prior to the start of classes unless a written payment plan is agreed upon.

Any applicable registration or processing fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy (No Refunds)

All classes and packages are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, withdrawals, schedule changes, or early termination by the student.

Payments are used to cover instructional time, administrative costs, and facility expenses.

4. Make-Up Classes

Private & Semi-Private Classes

Students are allowed one (1) make-up class per calendar month for private or semi-private classes.

Missed classes beyond the one allowed make-up per month are forfeited.

Make-up classes must be scheduled within availability and do not carry over to future months.

Proper notice of absence is required. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the make-up opportunity.

Group Classes

Group classes do not qualify for make-up classes.

Missed group classes cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.

5. Cancellations & Weather Conditions

Group classes may be cancelled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.

Weather-related cancellations are made at the School’s discretion.

Cancelled group classes due to weather are not refunded or rescheduled unless explicitly stated by the School.

Private and semi-private classes affected by weather may be rescheduled at the School’s discretion, subject to availability.

6. Attendance & Punctuality

Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for class.

Late arrivals may result in shortened class time without extension or compensation.

Excessive absences may impact learning outcomes but do not affect payment obligations.

7. Class Scheduling & Changes

Class schedules are subject to change.

The School reserves the right to substitute instructors, adjust class times, or modify formats if necessary.

In the event of insufficient enrollment, group classes may be postponed or cancelled.

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and other students.

Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from class without refund.

9. Learning Outcomes

Language progress varies by individual.

The School does not guarantee specific results, fluency levels, or outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the School (handouts, recordings, digital content) are for personal use only.

Materials may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

11. Liability Waiver

Participation in classes is voluntary.

The School is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during classes or while on School premises.

12. Privacy

Student information is kept confidential and used only for administrative and educational purposes.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for classes and/or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
